**COVID-19 UPDATES:

We’re excited to reopen our doors to offer a fun and safe place for our community. We realize this experience will not be the normal Muzette experience, BUT we assure you fun will be had by all!

We are offering our customers to choose to dine-in in one of our private rooms which will allow more privacy. Karaoke however during Phase 2 is not allowed and these rooms will only be used for dining purposes.

The health and safety of our customers and our employees are priority as we reopen to the public.

Our employees will be screened before each shift and will not be allowed to work if they are sick or are experiencing a cough, fever, shortness of breath or sore throat. Customers experiencing these symptoms will not be allowed to enter. All reservations will be required to sign a waiver.

Guests are required to wear masks upon entry/exit of our private rooms. Employees will wear masks and gloves during shifts.

We’ve put several precautions and measures in place to make Muzette the safest environment possible.

What are your hours?

We will have adjusted hours during this phase of our reopening. We will be taking reservations only for private rooms until further notice. No walk-in’s allowed and no congregating in common spaces at Muzette. Our bar seating will be closed. We will still be doing carry out orders as well.

How are you ensuring private rooms are sanitized and safe for each group?

There are several precautions we’re taking in every part of our experience to ensure a safe environment for all, including the following regarding sanitization:

Cleaning Procedures:

  • Maintain thorough sanitation procedures and continuous hand washing.
  • Sanitizing Stations: We’ve added hand sanitizers in the front and back of our building for employees and guests. All guests will be required to sanitize hands before entering karaoke rooms.
  • Private Rooms: Between reservations the furniture and door handles will be cleaned and sanitized with EPA-approved sanitizers.
  • Bathrooms: We will be cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms frequently.

What about your employees?

Our employees will be screened before each shift and will not be allowed to work if they are sick or are experiencing a cough, fever, shortness of breath or sore throat. Employees will be wearing masks as directed by the Dept. of Health and will be practicing safe social distancing from each other and from customers.

Who can make a reservation and what do you require from customers?

  • Who’s your #quaranteam? Groups 6 or less who have quarantined together and/or have practiced social distancing guidelines are welcome to make a reservation!
  • Muzette guests will be required to sign a waiver stating they haven’t had a fever in the last 48 hours, experienced cough, shortness of breath or have traveled recently.
  • Guests are required to wear masks upon entry/exit and may remove masks once you’re in the room.

What can I expect during my reservation?

  • Upon entry: All guests must sanitize hands and keep masks on until they enter their private room.
  • Preordered Food/Beverage: For a contactless experience, guests will be encouraged to preorder food/beverage prior to arrival. If this has been done, food will be ready in the room upon arrival. Alcoholic beverages will be served once guests have been ID’d.

Do we need a reservation?

Yes. Reservations are required at this time. We work with everyone to accommodate and be flexible depending on needs.

What if I want to stay longer than my reserved time?

We can’t make any promises here, but if there’s not a reservation after you or a wait list, then you may be in luck! During your reservation, you can ask Muzette staff to check if more time can be added to your current reservation.
